Miss Ghai is a highly skilled Consultant Gynaecologist based in Surrey, dedicated to delivering exceptional, compassionate care to her patients.

She qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2009 and went on to complete her specialist obstetrics and gynaecology training across several leading South London hospitals. 

Miss Ghai undertook a prestigious three-year fellowship in Advanced Minimal Access Surgery, specialising in complex benign gynaecology, with particular expertise in endometriosis and pelvic pain. She is recognised as a high-volume laparoscopic surgeon, regularly performing complex procedures such as hysterectomy, myomectomy, and excision of endometriosis.

She became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) in 2015, and also holds accreditation in gynaecological ultrasound. Further demonstrating her expertise, she is BSCCP-accredited in colposcopy (British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology).

Alongside her clinical practice, Miss Ghai is an active researcher, with over 20 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals such as the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynaecology. Her significant contributions were recognised with the Golden Telescope Prize from the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy in 2018.

She completed her doctoral thesis at St George’s University, London, focusing on the development of core outcome sets in chronic pelvic pain, and highlighting the vital role of women as key stakeholders in shaping the design of future clinical trials.
